Lycoris Recoil 7

What? There was history between Mashima and Chisato? How did they not recognize her? How did no one recognize her? The radio tower seems like a important historical event, how did none of the hackers recognize him or know who the perpetrators were? Looks like it was a significant turning point for Chisato back then too. She looks so evil in the flashback. But also wow it was some time ago and she was so tiny too.

Wow they’re living together that’s amazing progress! And wow she lives underground? In a fake room. Takina is so accomodating to Chisato’s whims, changing the shifts to rock paper scissors because she called the roster boring. There’s a male version of Lycoris? They have to elaborate on that something. Also its kinda weird that they mention that the Lycoris were being identified by their uniform. It seemed too obvious I just imagined it was an excuse to have JK in the show.

A-1 and Claris? Looks like this is one worth watching! On a more serious note, I love the dynamic between Chisato and Takina and how she’s starting to open up. The reveal that Chisato has a metal heart was dropped out of the blue and it looked like Takina agreed. The revelation brought with it new questions such as why Chisato needed it in the first place and why it was the Alan Foundation and not the DA which provided it to her.

Deaimon Ep 1 7

I love Nagomu, he’s so positive, passionate and caring. Its understandable that he decided to chase another dream after hearing his parents comment that he should pursue another path, and then having his grandfather who he looked up to for his wagashi pass away. Its not that he just ran away from his original dream either, he only quit performing in Tokyo after 10 years when his band disbanded. He clearly had a lot of passion for the guitar.

Oshi No Ko Acts 1 to 6

I first looked at Oshi No Ko because I heard that the writer of Kaguya Sama: Love is War, Akasaka Aka also wrote another manga. After reading the first chapter however I quickly dropped the series because of the differences between the two. As opposed to a lighthearted (at the start) romcom, Oshi No Ko appeared to be a murder mystery focused on idol culture with a really weird twist. I’m not a fan of blood and gore, and despite being a fan of virtual idols, I am very off put by the darker side of the fanbase.

Hello World

When I was younger I liked to browse blogs wherein people would post their thoughts about recently aired anime and released manga chapters. Somewhere along the line however, I switched to being satisfied just reading through the comments on Reddit. While it did provide some form of discourse, I have begun to miss the longer essay type impressions offered by dedicated blog posts. In addition, Reddit posts are pretty time sensitive, with the disussion dying out after a day or two.
